Jhin needs to be toned down

I like jhin and all and how he does so much damage but I do think he is kind of unfair. He has so much harass and his passive damage is very unexpected. I also think that his crit and as to ad is a bit over the top. Note to all I love jhin right now but he just feels op and I hate playing against him. Please give me some thoughts on him. Thank you
