Well hot dang, I bet Riot didn't even notice that astounding point you made there, sir! It's not like shitty FOTM bandwagoning kids are diluting the winrate or anything. She's **definitely **not a problematic champion right now.
Consider these as "compensation buffs" to seperate the good LeBlancs from the great LeBlancs.
Ok so I'm not missing anything? It's just people complaining because they get burst down by LB without doing anything to play around her? (Zhonya's?, Hard CC?, Warding???)
She has a low winrate cause she is constantly banned, and the ones who don't ban her are bads so they just lose with her.

Urgot/Taric is the stuff of nightmares.
I'm level 26 and I'm not ranked. But from what I've seen, she's very easy to counter.
Stop her burst, she's dead.
Silence, root, stun, knock up, she's dead.
Make sure you always know where she is through warding and make sure you position yourself correctly, she's useless.
Of course all of these require your team to know how to focus priority squishes.
I am a noob, so I could be wrong. But this is from my experience.

Well you don't have an argument anymore. Winrate doesn't mean anything for the most part.
Look at winrates from underplayed champs and you'll find they're quite high. That's because they don't have morons who are playing the champ in ranked because "wow they did it in lcs it must be good"; and it's literally just experienced mains of that champion playing it. Unless you're trolling, you're not going to pick urgot (or any out of meta champ) unless you're confident you can win, thus the winrate is higher.
So other than the excuse of winrate, why should LeBlanc not be nerfed?
