What's the most risk-free, bug-free champion?

I need a champion that doesn't rely on complete luck on either a technical (bug) or gameplay level. Which champion is viable, is risk free and has no bugs that would ruin my game?

Malphite. Just build full tank and ult the enemy team.

Xerath Lux are pretty safe and don't have any fancy mechanics other then good aim. You will need to know how to "orb walk" with all champions in the game thou. That sometimes involves a move command to cancle animation lag.
