AP Shaco doesn't exist anymore

Why did they have to literally delete AP Shaco from the game? He was clearly not over powered nor been abused, so why did they have to straight up rip it out of the game? I've only been playing AP Shaco because its fun to "bait" people in the boxes, every kill felt like a challenge because you need to predict everything. If you're not ahead that much you can't just go in and kill anyone 1v1, you needed a plan. But now its just like "So you perfectly placed every box that was available? Well congratulations! You succesfully feared the adc and took 1/3 of his/her health that gets healed back up from hitting your Jacks with only a Vampiric Sceptre." I heard that they wanted to nerf bruiser Shaco, but thats the only build thats actually good on him at the moment, so what did they actually achive with this? I might be just a bit salty but I really miss it.
