Just out of sheer morbid curiosity, why does a player with 8 total normal games get matched with diamonds?

Just wondering ya know?

So im writing this as im in champ select. Two games in a row now.

It could be they play only ranked, or are on a smurf account they dont play much thus they dont have very high normals MMR.

Or the same could apply to you where you play mostly ranked, thus your normals MMR is in the gutter.

Hmm. I haven't played ranked. It would seem to me that your normal mmr should never be below your ranked, but not vice versa.

Yeah its seperate MMR's, one per que. No maiter if its 3v3 ranked or normals SR
