Lag Low Priority Queue

I was disconnected from my ranked match, after my computer was booted off the wifi. I then look at my other electronics (Phone Ipad etc...) and they're all connected fine, i check my router and it's all fine but my PC has for some reason been taken off and im not allowed to reconnect. So after about a minute of waiting for it I restart my pc and wait for it to boot up, and finally my wifi is working and i get back into my game, the players only being 3-4 levels ahead of me. Despite 1. being afk for 5 mins(ish) and 2. Joining back and continuing the game and 3. being disconneted for connection issues which are out of my power, i still got a 5 games 20m extra queue times (adding up to over 1hour40minues of waiting). I know the leavebuster system had no way of proving this but i still don't think its fair being that it was totally not within my power to control but then continue to play normally 5m later then leaving the game and finding i have this ban. I also go to get a lag report and it just says "We currently do not have results for this location. Please check out supported locations and feel free to explore other locations below."
