Champ Select, Taking Roles and Trolling...

So i was in queue for a normal game and this guy, out of nowhere just calls mid even though he's been given adc... i told him that if he wants it he'll just have to wait and he didn't respond even when i locked in so i ended having to dodge to avoid either playing lux bot with a troll mid, which i wasn';t going to do as if you let them win they're just going to keep doing it and trolling people's games, or i just dodged which i did do. I just find it unfair that this guy can just casually call the roll and you can't do anything about it untill you've played out the whole unfair game in which you report them afterwards. From my experience nothing really even happens and i also find it unfair that i now have an extra 5 minute queue timer just because i didn't want to play with a troll who ruins other people's fun for no reason... I'd just like to know what we're supposed to do in this situation, Thanks for any help!
