Stop raging in all chat. If you do this, you will get ganked more and leading you to tilt . Stop being like "Oh hey X, I see you in that bush" You do this then they will instantly leave and not waste their time.
This is so much easier to avoid doing than improving mechanics. Think about it.
I hate when I see this. Its much better you stay safe and dont attack the jungler or say in chat youre know he is in the bush.

I mute all-chat. I am not sure why nobody else does. If you take ranked seriously (like season 3-5... I can't take dynamic queue seriously) then you would never even look at all-chat since the enemy team will almost never have anything useful to say.
I used to turn off all-chat, until I started jungling. all-chat is better for finding targets than wards are.
