You are all discussing the game play for SQ / DQ and repeating the same things as last week / month.

What you should be doing is asking each other "Why do people play games?"

People spend "time" playing games instead of watching TV or pursuing other hobbies. The time they do this is after school, after work, or on the weekend. The vast majority of the people who log onto the game do not have friends that play or want to bother including other people in their "relaxation" time.

Since gaming is a TV replacement for most, consider it this way:

**What would happen if you could only watch your favorite TV show if you had 3 or 4 friends in the room with you first?

Oh, you can watch whatever else you want by yourself, but if you want the "good shows" you have to gather 3 or 4 other people together first. **

Most people want to jump on their PC, grab a quick game or two, and then do something else on weekdays.

With the current setup you waste 5 times longer than last season just looking for a match, then get put into a game you feel is unfair 50% of the time if you queue up as a solo player.

The result is unsatisfying and makes other games or hobbies seem better places to sink our time.

I miss solo q, ranked has no challenge or fun factor for me anymore. Even when I win, it just doesn't feel the same anymore.

I really miss Solo Q, Dynamic Q has its perks but is no where the same.

I wish riot would of kept Solo Q and just replaced ranked 5s with Dynamic Q.

It feels totally unbalanced to play in a game where you are unsure if your going against an organized team or randoms.

I can't tell you how many times i have played solo and been in a 4 man queue or against a 5 man team and gotten stomped due to team coordination.

I used to be like you until i took the truth to the knee.

You guys don't understand the fact that, simply put, Riot knows that this forum is filled with low ranked players who just scream buff or nerf when something doesn't go their way. They don't care about your opinion because truly and honestly it is worthless, they are (after-all) the devs. They are taking a kind and calm approach to the situation, and I thank them for that. Riot has always been my favorite game company, because they care about the community. You may think they don't but the only reason you think that is because THEY AREN'T LISTENING TO YOU DIRECTLY. YOU want attention.

I hope you know that you only add to the negative side of the forums. Telling other people they are only posting for attention shows that you don't care what that person has to say. If a posting says nothing directly to you or insults you directly, you shouldn't be mean to the one posting. They have a right to their opinion just as you or me, or the next guy. Besides the people posting about Solo Queue should be able to post what they want. Riot said they would release a Solo Queue, so when they didn't people had a right to ask.

Also I would like to add that until I see some actual links and facts as where "Riot knows that this forum is filled with low ranked players who just scream buff or nerf when something doesn't go their way." comes from, that you are incorrect and shouldn't be saying things you know nothing about. Just because there are people on the boards posting stuff about nerfs or buffs doesn't always %100 mean they are low ranked. Yeah I know I am low ranked, I was Silver 4 last season and Bronze 4 now. I own up to it, but that doesn't mean the rest of the boards are that low. So before you say something, get your fact straight.

Understand the frustration, and think your point is half right, but the delivery and the angry language will get no one to listen.

Honestly I'd rather see more thought provoking concepts and LF memes than solo queue this solo queue that, I doubt anyone would care if they were not constantly reminded that some people out their care a lot, and then maybe they start caring too.

If they had actually looked at the boards in the last few months, every little disaster from DQ to Cassiopeia would have been easily avoided.

Here's what you do k? Sort posts by player ranks, and ignore everything less than plat. Boom, now you have good information to work with. Surprising isn't it? Such a simple solution in almost no time at all.
