Lee Sin fixes without gutting him

List of possible changes to lee sin (pick a few here and there but definetily don't use all of them)

Passive: After using an ability, Lee Sin's next 2 basic attacks within 3 seconds gain 40% attack speed and return 15 energy each.

Good spot right now, although a static cooldown on how often this can activate would be nice so he isn't ALWAYS getting +40% attack speed and energy refunds

Q: First Active, Sonic Wave: Lee Sin shoots a 2000-speed wave of sound in a line, dealing physical damage to the first enemy it hits and granting true sight of it for 3 seconds. If Sonic Wave hits, Lee Sin can cast Resonating Strike within the next 3 seconds.

Seconds Active, Resonating Strike: Lee Sin dashes to the enemy marked by Sonic Wave, dealing physical damage including 8% of the target's missing health. Minions and monsters take a maximum of 400 damage.

This ability has an insane 90% ad scaling on both actives and an hp scaling. To fix this you could either:

Make the 3 second window for casting Resonating Strike smaller, or making you wait a few seconds before being allowed to use Resonating Strike

W: First Active, Safeguard: Lee Sin dashes to a target ally. If the ally is a champion, they and Lee Sin receive a shield that lasts 2 seconds and Safeguard's cooldown is halved. Lee Sin can activate Safeguard on himself to receive the shield, and can cast Iron Will within 3 seconds.

Second Active, Iron Will: For 4 seconds, Lee Sin gains bonus life steal and spell vamp.

Remove the Spell Vamp on Iron Will, and/or Remove the option to ward-hop with this. Make the 3 second window for casting Iron Will smaller, or making you wait a few seconds before being allowed to use Iron Will

E: First Active, Tempest: Lee Sin smashes the ground, dealing magic damage to all nearby enemies and granting true sight of them for 4 seconds. If Tempest hits an enemy, Lee Sin can cast Cripple within the next 3 seconds.

100% AD scaling on this ability.

Second Active, Cripple: Lee Sin cripples all enemies within range that are marked by Tempest, Slow icon reducing their movement speed for 4 seconds, decaying over the duration.

Make the 3 second window for casting Cripple smaller, or making you wait a few seconds before being allowed to use Cripple

Dragon's Rage (R): Lee Sin launches a powerful roundhouse kick, dealing physical damage to a target champion and Airborne icon knocking it back 1200 units over 1 second. Enemies the target collides with take the same damage and are Airborne icon knocked airborne for 1 second.

Has a 200% AD scaling ratio and does 600 base damage at max ranks. This is stupid Riot. I thought a point-and-click ultimate wasn't supposed to have such high damage (Warwick ). If you have 450 AD you can almost one-shot a squishy enemy with this, and it's point-and-click... Also knocking it back a VERY FAR WAY and if it collides with another enemy champion they're knocked up. Making this an almost guaranteed double kill for a lee sin.

Lee Sin's entire kit has INSANE AD scalings and enough mobility to get around the map like a bunny on steroids. You can't keep ignoring this Riot. Change this.

He's not really freelo though. I mean, sure, maybe change around his Energy costs and cool down on his Q, but he doesn't need much. I mean, there are much more threatening champions in the game these days that are actually in my opinion stronger at what Lee Sin does like Rek'sai and Nidalee. The main thing about Lee Sin is his insane mobility and that is what Lee Sin is. Mobility. And a really strong early game that falls off late game since his only good nukes are single target and his AoE requires absurd, almost impossible, positioning to deal effective AoE damage.

  1. Your poll can suck a dick, because it's not objective.

  2. These changes do not touch on Lee Sin's problems. Shortening the window of opportunity for second activations wastes his passive and increases his Energy consumption. Making him wait before he can use the second part of his skills is going to make him unable to act fast in a team fight. And, yes, his damage scaling is high, but his kit is currently set up where, if he focuses on offense, he's not tanky enough to be very useful in a prolonged fight; if he focuses on defense, he's not damaging enough to be worth focusing before his teammates.

LeeSin hasn't been good since the first half of Season 4. Get with the times.

Did you know that the average of people with over one hundred games on Lee Sin still have a sub 50% win rate? This is an incredibly rare statistic. He may need changes because he feels bad to play against but he isn't absurdly strong. Nerfs won't remove the frustration, they will just remove some power... http://champion.gg/champion/LeeSin

Lower his MS by 5. Riot did it to Varus for no reason whatsoever, why not Lee?

Wow, you follow the boards a lot don't you? It's too bad you don't follow the state of the game well. Lee Sin doesn't need anything right now, he's not one of the strongest picks.
