Kanyes Ult

Until we get a few weeks to work with him lets just hold off on strait buffs/nerfs but I think we can all agree on one thing.

His ult feels like shit.

Base/SA form even more so.

You can't just ult like Zed and murder someone and he has FAR better tools for mobility and damage. You have to be in the fight and even then its just strait up worse than any other assassin ult in the game bar none.
