fiddlestick is extremely strong against pretty much every champions especially if you can dodge hooks

morgana. That black shield stops all the cc from supports like Leona, Thresh, Braum. That is, if the morgana support is decent. Her stun is really good at early ranks too and it helps against any matchup

Blitzcrank. A ton of unique strategies that usually involve him speed-punch/grab-elec.
Janna. Tornado has many awesome uses.
Zyra. Skill required. Queen of warding. Harassment for days.

Hard engage on fiddle = death in the early game. Soraka can out sustain his poke while out poking him and silencing him mid W.

Both can out harass morgana and counter those 3 year bindings with their own + a shield if their adc isn't paying attention.

These peel supports are bad targets for blitz to try and pull, if he lands a pull on the adc these carries can CC lock the enemy carry longer than blitz can.

These supports all offer stronger poke and most offer sustain for their carries via shields/heals. Tornado is easy to dodge.

Zyra is too squishy pre sightstone not to poke out of lane. Take a burst poke support and focus Zyra, easily handled. 1 Blitz pull on zyra= death.
