Out of date champions

So I've listened to and talked with Master+ players and the general consensus is that many champions need updates/reworks. Both visually and kit wise. Most importantly the kits. Some are more severe than the others. As such I've compiled a list that need immediate attention. Sometimes because the champion lacks cc or lacks counterplay. Among other reasons like being easily kiteable and or being one dimensional. There's a reason these champions are or aren't played in high elo(master+), which is what determines if a champion is playable.

Nocturne(Easily kiteable and clunky kit. Pretty much only useful with his ult. Even then he often dies for it in team fights.)

Udyr(Easily kiteable and lacks skillshots. Basically he runs around and hopes someone is out of position. Ask Trick2g for more problems.)

Dr. Mundo(lacks cc)

Nunu(sees play in high elo, but lacks much counterplay, if any. All his abilities are point and click. You can't dodge his snowball.)

Veigar(really weak laning phase, can't compete against Galio, Zoe, Taliyah or any of the other meta mid laners. His late game is good, but he rarely gets there.)

Wukong(really weak laning phase and doesn't really synergize well with the current runes. Also a one dimensional champion. Very reliant on his ult to do anything.)

Volibear(easily kiteable and lacks skillshots. Also the worse champion in the game. No one plays this champion.)

I'm not saying I have all the answers or that these are the only champions that warrant looking at, but they deserve some attention. Also Riot should be talking with the pros and high elo players about these changes. I'm certain every good jungler wants Nunu reworked, but they could suggest ideas.

Nocturne: He's currently getting some buffs, but I believe he's eventually slated for a rework

Udyr: Same as above

Dr. Mundo: that's the point. Mundo isn't a tank, he's a fighter/juggernaut. He's not supposed to be able to lock you down

Nunu: highly likely to get the next rework after Irelia, Aatrox, and Akali

Veigar: the weak lane phase is the point. He has a near godly late game. Making it easier for him to get to that by negating his early weaknesses is not a good idea.

Wukong: I can't really say anything on this guy

Volibear: Also slated for an eventual rework.

That sounds about right for Wukong, though a lot of Wukong players have adopted the unhealthy Assassin play style that pretty much renders his ult useless because he dives in, bursts the ADC to death, then ends up dying since he's not an assassin and has no escape tools to get out with. pretty much they just trade his ult reliant play style for a "go in, kill the ADC then die" play style.

I will say Meddler has addressed Wukong recently and is working on Volibear. They said Wukong is someone who comes up the most as a champ who is good at low elows but not so good at higher ones and is (seemingly) planned to get an Aatrox level gameplay update, but will have to wait behind champs who are in need of a VGU, seeing as a gameplay update on that scale takes a lot of resources. Volibear sounds like they are more focused on, as they are working on buffs for him then seeing where he's at. if he's still in a very poor state, they will be putting him on the VGU list so he can get the kind of work he needs.

Yeah. I agree. Here are my thoughts on synergy within kit and tweaks.

Why would Volibear need skillshots ? -_-
