Potential Rengar buffs?
Rengarvwas always a champion known to one-shot people ever since he was released. Eventually, having a very minor window of reaction to his burst was something that it was needed to be removed for counterplay purposes and here we are talking about his rework. The previous kit that he had, before the rework, made him really frostreghting to play as and to play against. He had a very feast of famine playstyle(no escapes like other assasins after he was done deleting someone, but know he has his empowered w cleanse) and the type of his old stealth combined with the fact that he could reveal all targets near, not the nearest like now, was very annoying.
Eventually, they reworked him and people say that is a failure, but i disagree. The most problems of his old kit were fixed ( the majority of the feast or famine playstyle that he used to have and the annoying low counterplay stealth from his ult) The factor behind rengar's low win rate now is the amount of nerfs that he has received plus the cinderhulk meta plus this factors combined with the fact that his kit has some really unsatisfying barriers in order to be succesfull: losing his ferocity stacks out of combact. That's the biggest problem currently with him. It's just way to difficult to pull-off a combo in order to make him function. He just feals very clunky to play.
My considered changes are:
- Remove the disappearence of his ferocity stacks after 7 seconds out of combact.
- Buff the cd on his ult from 12/16/20 to 14/18/25.
If u see that he's balanced live him there, don't rework him. If u see he's imbalanced somehow do a full visual and gameplay update on him the future.
Again, i don't try to impose something, i'm just leaving my opinions.
