Maybe boots should have a special item window for themselves?

I know, i know that sounds super broken, because imagine having the current boots plus 6 addional items. That would be very unhealthy for sertain champions, but think it a bit. For the longest time boots are something different in your item invetory. They are very core on every single champion, even those that have a lot of mobility in their kits. But also since they were necessary options, they would always ruin the options that u had in the late game(should i keep up the movementspeed or i should get an another item to truly give a power to late game). In my opinion i would like to see some fairther developement to the boots. Maybe bring back boot enchashements? I don't know. I have some ideas, but i'm still thinking. I hope this idea be applied in a way in the very future( the same thoughts i have for the vision system).
