Soraka concern

I currently play on the PBE and the PBE skills orientation and heal base number nerf kind of force player to max Q right after W since the passive healing got moved to her Q and get better per level, so you have to chose if you want either more healing allies, or more self healing and poke. I beleive this change wasn't neccessary , specially for someone like me who like to max E second to counter strong engage support , assassin or spell reliant mage, but now ill be forced to max Q everytime to make sure i can survive only laning phase. Including that allies heal got toned down early level, à compensation would be a good trade off . Either increase healing on Q passive and / or ratio , making Starcall heal more rewarding , and less painfull for Soraka early in the game , or decrease health cost for her heal . Currently it cost 10% max health, something arround 7,5%-8% would be already à good compensation . As a Soraka lover, something need to be done. She is far from OP, and she is getting gutted for no real reasons. She remain à squishy target , killing her is the way to win, her nerf wasnt neccessary.

Update :2016/01/25 I forgot to mention her ultimate received a nerf in a patch before , removing her grievous wound removal, so it doesn't help people affected by Ignite healing reduction, Morellonicon, or Mortal Reminder/Executioner's calling, so it was another not necessary nerf for Soraka.
