Nerf Thunderlord decree, Buff others spells

Title say it all. Currently Thunderlord Decree is just too good for what it offers. Other masteries are barely seeing any play because of how irrelevant they are. Even tank and support prefer Thunderlord over, the shield buff one or damage reduction bond.. Something has to be done .

Based on the patch rundown, it sounds like Riot is going to use Thunderlords as a base line, and buff other spells to it's level. Regardless of balance, Thunderlords to performing exactly as it was meant to.

I think one of the struggles came from the fact that other keystones such as Warlords and DFT, had to be balanced around abusive edge cases. (because Brand, Tryndamir, and Yasuo exist.)

But that said, I find it very narrow to think of Thunderlord's as the only option, (though it's the most offensive one.) I personally like defensive keystones as well. (Mainly Grasp of the undying.) And when I play Sona, I go for Windspeaker's over Thunderlord's.

thunderlord was op mainly because of the masteries next to it specifically precesion which has I believe been nerfed which originally gave like 8 flat armor and magic pene and +.5 per lvl which is litterally like a rune page of armor and magic pene and after a few levels it would be more then a rune page.

Wait... so they are making it so you have to hit someone 3 times in 3 seconds? That's a huge nerf, also where is this 5 second thing coming from, the tooiltip in game just says "your third attack or spell against an enemy champion" There is no mention of having to do it in 5 seconds.

precision has been nerfed which greatly nerfs thunderlords as well people are just slow to adapt to this change, DFT, Warlords, Storm Raiders, and Fervor are viable now imo.

Well, judging by the keystones choosen by the pros in the LCS games, Thunderlords is a pubstomper mastery at best. It was only used on champions who didnt benefit from: Fervor of Battle, Grasp of the Undying, Windspeakers, Strengh of Ages.

The only problem is that, right now, Deathfires touch is shit, so all mages HAVE to take Thunderlords, because they dont benefit from any other Keystone. And Solo queue will soon catch up, since all they do is copy pros anyway... I bet you dont even know why Thunderlords became so popular, do you? (And no, its not because the other Keystones were soooooo bad or it was OP)
