can there be an ingame and out of game report option...

just played with a twitch who has no idea how relic shield works and wonders how as a gangplank support with , , and utility masteries has the second highest farm on the team (yet I only had 30 creeps or so at 20 minutes in, some taken because the carry wasn't even in lane...)

I report them in game for verbally harrassing me by saying to the enemy team to report me for trolling when i'm doing my job and keeping them alive at the same time, yet they continue to harrass me after the game and posted what someone else said as what I said, proceding to call me bronze 5 trash and a noob, quote, "you don't steal the carries CS, take top if you're going to do that" again with the lack of knowledge of relic shield

but I wish there were an option to report them for harrassment in the after game too...the game didn't even last long enough for crit plank to come onto the field because our enemy team was coordinated
