Can we please do something about ryze atm?

I feel like riot is very fond of ryze and i am too, and i know its a growing meme with ryze reworks. But when i cant play my favorite champ because i get into a game and hover ryze and my own team bans him because "39% WR play something else idiot" Then i feel like he needs something done about him. Before, he was super broken, then he was underpowered, then he was super broken, and now hes super underpowered (still a monster late game need i remind you) but I feel like he needs a little kick, maybe to where hes not too broken but not too underpowered, somethign to spike him up to a 45%+ win rate? Maybe a lower cooldown on his e, or lower cd on his w, or perhaps a little cd reduction whenever he lands an impowered q. So we can turn that qeqwqeq, into a qwqeqwqeq ( and then w goes back to normal cd and cant be reset for a little bit). Not perma snare but since he has a delayed AOE (unlike previous ryze who would perma bounce and one shot the enemy team) it gives him a little kick in 1v1s and if he gets a lower cd on his e then teamfights are improved too. I just want something..anything to where i dont get flamed for picking a single champ man...

Ryze has a 39% win rate because of bad Ryze players. Good Ryze players are still dominating on him.

I know it sounds really mean to say, but the problem right now is with the player if Ryze is failing, not with the champion's numbers. Because of his current set-up, if he is good enough to have a decentish win rate across the board, he is overwhelming in the hands of good players. If you are struggling with Ryze, it is likely your own mechanical fault for that. Luckily, we have the practice tool now so it has never been easier to get in there and practice a little more.

I'm fond of Ryze as well, he was one of my first loved champions, and I have enjoyed every rework he has gotten, but even I know I am not mechanically adapt enough at him to abuse him. I can play him at about a low-mid gold level, but because I don't put the time into him, I don't dare play him.

The statistics in op gg are on Plat and above I think, it's on players that know how to play, he is insanely low, he ranked 136, which is last (last!) place, on op gg

As someone in plat, I can tell you that not everyone here has mastered the champs they pick, especially with autofill.

Suprisingly im very good at ryze, i can do his combos at the max speed, i can orb walk, i can stomp lanes and play safe, i shove in and roam, but it just tilts me when everytime i ever possible lose lane (perhaps to constant pressure mid, or my own misplay early) Everyone on my team is like "this is why you dont play ryze" "this is why he has 39% winrate, trash champ" Ive even had someone take ryze from me telling me "id rather feed than you cause im only support" in my ranked game, now play a real mid laner" and its so tilting because all i wanna do is climb with my favorite champ.

So I just saw this video come out and thought about you.

One thing you should think about if you want to play Ryze wiht mroe success is finding a team that wants a mid laner that you can play with in flex queue, that way, you can have the communication Ryze needs!
