Another Champ select hostage situation

Dude gets into champ select autofilled, asks for mid, i simply tell him no sorry, he hovers gangplank anyway, a guy bans gangplank cause he didnt want him troll picking, so he steals the guy who banned his champs champion, then the guy who banned his champ locks in soraka with ghost cleanse and says hes gonna int, this is the third game ive been trolled on that account, and its literally the first game AFTER the honor system came out. Wtf riot, dont try to bribe and work with the fucking trolls, punish them, disable them from doing toxic shit, cut down on it, add a report button to the champ select lobby or a button to screen shot the fucking chat logs and champs selected. Do something man...tired of getting trolled when im trying to level up a smurf because IM obeying your rules and not buying a boosted account or lvl 30 account
