I just wanted to know if I had cinderhulk and then bought a sunfire cape would sunfire capes passive take precedent over cinderhulks?

They have different numbers and deal a different amount of damage at different times. It's like Trinity Force's and Lichbane's unique passives have the same name (spellblade, but their effects are different), but Lichbane's passive takes priority. Passives that share the same name but do not have identical numbers (objectively speaking, you cannot deny that sunfire's and cinderhulk will always deal the same amount of damage, and if you deny this the conversation is over) have priority programmed into them.

Since they are unique passives I want to know if Sunfire cape will do it's passives damage instead of cinderhulks since sunfire cape has higher damage.
