Need some tips, help, etc for ranking up!

I'm having a lot of trouble in ranked at the moment and I'm not sure what's happening. I was doing a steady climb, started Silver 3 and climbed my way up all the way to Silver 1 and then my promos to Gold! Yay me! Now the problem starts. I don't know what's happened but I've lost about 80% of my games since then and I'm sitting at 0LP in Silver 3 now. I win 1 lose 2. All teams I get matched up in I have a troll, an afk, someone super toxic, or people who just aren't very good at all. Most recent example someone decided to go Braum mid. Now I can't completely put the blame on others because I haven't played my best in some games but I definitely haven't done terribly in every game that I should be losing this amount of games and getting matched with and against the people that I have been.

So people of LoL please help me. Give me some tips on who I can play to help carry my team, how to build some champions or anything I can do to improve my games.
