can we simply delete that monstruosity ? that item let no coutnerplay vs champ like vayne jax yi and co they just melt you under their aa and double proc with brk wits end . few game ago as a gnar 4k hp 120 armor 120 mr died in 2 sec vs a vayne brk guinsoo . This item shouldn't proc on hit item and passive its just horrible
