Ranked ques

Can we make the ques solo and flex que instead of solo/duo and flex? By this i mean in solo you can only que up alone. Would probably help make the solo que ladder more accurately reflect your skill as you can't just get carried by a friend or have the advantage of being a duo bot lane into two people who have never played together.
