She said "ladies" and "girls" when Ezreal was in the game. That's sexist.

And the mode is horrible.

If you go into Options and go to sound settings, there is a bar for announcer volume. I recommend turning it all the way Down to 0. I did the same after one game i could not stand her voice. This maybe one of the most annoying things riot has implemented in a while.... Thank GOD you can turn her off.
