I'm having a hard time procing akali Q (not that she needs buffs)
For some reason everytime i Q R it takes a while for me to get an auto in to proc it
Am i doing something wrong?
the target always seems to get away without it procing

Hexten1 votesYou are not suppose to hit Q then R simultaneously. Let the Q fly first, then when it has nearly reached it's target, then you dash in, and proc it.

If the target keeps getting away, then buy a Rylais. If you keep canceling auto, dash then just let Akali auto hit.
Or follow Hexten's advice.
YuGiHo1 votesI have the same problem. r is so much faster than q so if you r and q at the startup of your dash you get there before the q so if you autto right away you wont trigger the mark so i use e but if i use e people just move away and force me to use another r just to proc my first q.
People say akali is simple but correctly timing your skills while managing your energy and r stacks takes some skill.
