Draven.

(100%*2.5)+85% This is the calculation for a level 9 Draven's autoattacks, on crit. (With Q on and IE) I have a friend who swears that Draven is OP, though I honestly don't think so. I'd like to hear the response from the community.

Is Draven OP? If so, or if not, why?

(The poll and question are comparing Draven to other ADCs equally, obviously a 6/0 Draven is more OP than a 0/4 Vayne.)

How, dare you voice an opinion against our glorious leader Kim Jong Draaaaaaven.

Draven's Q cannot crit. It's a flat +85% AD bonus, not a multiplicative one that reaches 212.5% AD.

Otherwise, he's a squishy, immobile carry who loses almost all of his DPS if he misses one axe. He has amazing damage and snowball potential, and not much else.

well actually, draven's uniqueness is that he functions like every other carry but he has a global ult(as several do) and he can snowball much faster just by killing minions and catching axes

a gold advantage really hurts, let alone half an item

Thank you for pointing out that I was wrong. (100%*2.5)+85% is the actual formula for a level 9 Crit on Draven, with IE.

He is actually balanced. He snowballs out of control with a kill or 2, but its actually really easy to punish him if your not stupid. And even in teamfights, if your half decent and can punish his axe catches. His damage will crumble.

He's balanced around the fact that its easy to stop his damage dead in its tracks with a well placed CC to deny his axe catch.

I think the scaling on his Q is a little high but for the most part I don't have a problem with him. He is a difficult champion to play (requires more micro than any other champ in league imo) so I understand why he should have a lot of scaling on his Q, but if he gets some kills then that damage on his Q can become very over bearing.

the time it takes for his axxes to drop needs to scale down with attack speed. that is all

Draven does a TON of damage, but he has pretty much zero utility and is worthless if he falls behind. Plus supports with grabs/hooks can really hurt him since you know where he is going to catch his axes. So he definitely isn't OP since he has significant weaknesses.
