How is this even possible............

So i have been climbing and i started in bronze 5 and so far i have made it all the way so nearly silver 3. my almost unbelieveable question is how can i still be getting qued with bronze 3-4 players. its like impossible start the game 5-1 as rengar lose cause bronze 4 lee sin top in a silver ~ elo game or my favorite the bronze 5 veigar who feds me to the wolfs knows his laner is comming watchs me dies trolls me and even when i carry im bad. why is everyone so horrifically toxic at such a low level cause listen im not saying im god but i have a good concept and can carry easily but damn (being bronze doesnt mean your a mechanical god who can judge someone else in bronze)i get everyone in placements playing champions/ranked for the 1st time i get outta that shit and now it gets worse going higher? how can riot make a system so horribly imbalanced. and PSS dont say duo que because while that may be 10% of the issue i doubt outta 9 games every single bronze player in silver elo was a duo when 90% died more then 5-10 times with less then 100~ cs in 40 minute games. straight up players who dont even know how to play
