I gotta say, all the game balance stuff is just different opinions at the end of the day. The handling of Likkrit considering what he actually did and Riot's response to it is just plain reprehensible at a human level.

So from what I'm seeing, he down talked his region's LCL and shit then belittled Riot, not saying he doesn't have the right to be pissed or that he shouldn't voice his opinion, but he went about it in the utterly wrong way.
That would be like you shit talking your company on facebook and expecting to keep your job. Also, using Richard Lewis as an example is unfair because he is HEAVILY bias towards Riot and utterly hates them to such a degree that he refuses to see the other side of things.

This video is interesting. I'm definitely not a fan of Richard Lewis, but I do agree with some of his points about toxicity and punishment. I'd say starting around 18:00 mins is a pretty good summary of the direction riot is taking this game in. Which is pretty sad imo.
