So tell me why the hell I cant outright buy Prestige Irelia I grinded all last month for 100 prestige points but there completely useless. It wont incentivize me to play In fact since i cant get the Irelia skin I will play even less. This greed is so patheticlly scummy.

Um... it's announced on the PBE whether you'll need to use Prestige Points or Event Points for the Prestige skins. Want to keep up, follow Surrender@20 on Facebook or Twitter. They always announce how it will be released. Not Riots fault you didn't research.
