Is it unreasonable to ask for this to be limited to one per person per game? REALLY tired of having this shit spammed in my games.

or just keep hitting no or ignore it, ignoring it leaves it up longer and not voting counts as a no last i checked

Part of the reason might be due to Riot not having to go so far for such a simple feature. The only ways it can get out of hand is if people screw with the team by constantly hitting surrender to try and 'screw' with muscle memory with players and make them hit yes without realizing it. The OPPOSITE and more aggravating part i find is when players will have no clear picture when a match is clearly a complete lost due to overpowered 'cheese level' snowball champion compositions (especially with a Miss fortune that has been fed or rushed on stacking flat armor penetration OR the presence of champions who can make use of a powerful interaction of a item and one of their abilities, namely Thresh/Nautlius/Blitzcrank using boots of mobility for easy run around with hook grabs and then proceed to CC you to death as their ADC melts you.

This goes even further with the presence of champions like Quinn who are high mobility top lane skirmishing marksmen who can get a powerful % move speed bonus when she 'Gattai' with her bird Valor and they proceed to run around the map at high speed. This goes even more ridiculous when she equips item 3117 which is a small regular boots of speed in combat but gives a whooping 115 flat bonus while out of combat which works perfectly how her R works.

So by this math: Quinn's Base move speed: 335 Boots of mobility In and Out combat bonuses added in: 335+25= 360 // 335+ 115=450 Influence of the 70% // 100% // 130% bonuses while R is active while 'out of combat: 4501.7 = 765 // 4502 = 900 // 450 *2.3 = 1035 Total move speed.

Unless a 'mobility cap' is an actual thing, Quinn can effectively go so fast she might as well be 2x~2.5x faster then other champions, excluding the presence of other items for mobility like item 3046, item 3094, item 3087 and several others. Before Talon gets his 'wall climbing mechanic, Quinn might as well be the champion who can achieve the fastest 'constant' roam power and might still be when you consider Talon gets a sizable cool down on the gimmick. Bard, Reksai, Pantheon and Twisted Fate don't count because those are more of setup features, one use ultimate abilities and so on.

I probably went off a tangent there but point and case: People get too ignorant on when a match should be a fold and walk away, then waste another 10 to 20 minutes struggling in a match. Expecting to somehow get a penta kill for a chest.
