I strongly feel she is way too oppressive in her current state. Few things to clean up her gameplay.

Reduce the Q's travel speed back to what it was before. She only relied on this in close quarters or pre-6.

Reduce the damage on her E. Instead of critically striking for double the damage, just give it a LeBlanc Q or an Akali Q effect.

Increase the base damage, but lower the second hit. Seriously, a skill that is easy to use should not crit like that. She already builds items that increase her survivability.
