Your also in a lower elo though, alot of people dont understand how much damage kata does in that elo, in higher elo she requires A TON more skill, as 1 stray hit from cc will kill you
Kat is hardly the problem. Electrocute and Sudden Impact however.....they're an entirely different story.
As for what you're saying she'll always be a hipster champ since realistically Zed is the only relevant assassin in competitive play. The only reason her playerbase might rise is if she temporarily becomes strong in the mid lane (which is unlikely to happen). If this does happen she'll then be nerfed and people will go back to forgetting her.
