Its simple: The winner thinks 4 steps ahead, while the loser thinks 4 steps behind.

The Jhin player that wins needs to be 100 steps ahead, while the player that loses needs to be 4 steps ahead.

As a side note, did anyone else know that 100 is 4 in binary?
