PEtition for a ranked Team builder

I am a recreational player who plays about 10 hours a week. I have always been above average in skill level playing online games. I love competition. I really like playing this game. I am not an egotist who has to get the highest rating or do i care about some boarder that says "im good". I really dont care about my elo but it does help to know i am getting better. I have been playing this game off and on since season 1. What I am mostly concerned about is the factors that go into winning. To me, there is more factors that contribute to a loss (-rating) than a win. I would say the majority of games (gold 3, although i have been as high as plat 3) is very frustrating to play. I m not talking about climbing out cause frankly im content where i am. I am talking about the inconsistency of play and the inconsistency of my opponents and team mates.. Since I really enjoy playing certain champs as i know most do. I was wondering if there could be an argument made that a "ranked" team builder concept is really one that could be a great benefit to the community. It would really help balance everything in terms of players choice and team comps etc...most every game i know with a ranking system has a balance of select choices that players can pick out of what is comfortable to them. Constantly competing for lanes or champs is taxing. Especially when your playing an uncomfortable role because your main role was taking by someone who is now 0-10. To me, im not really sure why this hasn't in some way already been established. It would really cute down on most of the trolling, afking and intentional feeders. TO my understanding, this would solidify this game greatly. Even the pros already know their roles and create strategy's based on what they want to accomplish. as it stands, i love team builders concept, the problem is the level of play in team builder for me seems lack luster. The majority of time its like a bot game and just boring for me. I would love to be able to play with ppl my current skill level. In fact, i would play team builder 100% (ranked) if it was balanced. I played world of Warcraft for 10 years achieving ranked 3 as a hunter season 12. I know i would never play with people under my skill level because it was a choice. But on this game im forced to play with ppl who are just not at the same skill level as me. To be quite honest, most of the time they are way under my skill level or computer efficiency (Dcing, lag) and really does make things harder for people who are trying to get better. Again, so many more factors for loseing than winning.

The other Idea i have is, if you could use the mastery list as a signifier for ppl playing in ranked. For instance, being only able to play the champs your at a certain mastery rating. That could allow a more familiar game play scenario.
