How Annie could be Reworked
Hello my Name is Kasper and this is how I feel Annie could be Reworked. Any criticism or something you would like to add to conversation would be very welcomed :3
Her Passive: As many of you know the stun can be quite difficult to counter. As Annie is often refereed as a "No Skill Champ" I would propose that we up her stun to 5 stacks instead of 4 I feel this will create a more balanced atmosphere as far as the passive will go making Annie not just waste it instantly and then regaining half of her stacks needed for the next stun after
Another way we could improve this is putting a cool down after she lands the stun for example a counter of 10-20 seconds would be put in place what would counter anyone getting constantly stunned by Annie and would make Annie think before dropping the stun
Her Q: Next Her Q. I think this could be altered into a skill shot and if lands gives a stack onto her Stun but if it misses it does not counter it. As a skill shot is more challenging I would say upping some of her base damage may be in order and as the passive is harder to reach. Doing this once again will make the skill cap higher as skill shots are ALOT harder to land rather than point and click
Her E: Not much to say here but we could up her shield with the added bonus of a higher cool down/mana cost, Don't have much to say about her shield
Her W: With all these changes in place Annie players would be at a disadvantage so I say we should up the range slightly for her W making it larger will help her stack better. But we should also think about giving it a higher cool down and making sure you hit an Enemy with the W instead of stacking while coming to lane
Her R: Finally I think her R is in the most need of repair. As you know most people flash tibbers with the stun as he is summoned instantly what im proposing is that his movement speed is decreased and that Tibbers is turned into a skillshot
Tibbers becoming a skillshot: I think when R is available I think you should give an area where he would land and to warn the opponent that he is coming a small circle is placed where he will land giving the other opponent time to run but if the opponent gets caught in it he will be stunned no matter the stacks she has but will take them away as she has technically used them.
Lowering the movement speed: I think lowering the movement speed is key for this as many people find an annoying bear running after them is quite annoying on the other hand I think we should give a health buff in replacement as he will be slower so he can tank more tower shots or just damage in General as he will be acting as a slow giant.
