Imagine a global Ult Stun that lasts 3 seconds...

Right I know it sounds like "What the hell is this guy on" But hear me out. You know when you are for example... 15-20 kills behind and your team is giving up as there is normally no way to come back. (Im not saying this could happen all the time and could be play tested to see if it works) the person with the most kills on the loosing team would be given a task to complete e.g. Getting Elder Drake after that they would (If successful) they would get a second R (for the visual people it would look like a chain and would be gold like Rengars empowered abilities) I know there is a low chance anyone would see this but if you do and have any ways to make this more balanced in game give me a shout on my twitter as it would be easier and I am more likely to get back to you Many thanks for reading

Small Edit: It may also give players incentive to work together more and keep playing instead of AFKing or giving up as fast
