Lucian buff
Please either give his slow removal back or give him 525 range. He's very low tier ADC now. Or if you don't want to give him slow removal 100% then make it scale in 50/60/70/80/85. That'd be good idea right?

No, hes still incredibly overpowered and uncatchable. I am still banning Lucian any chance i get because he is a big hassle to deal with. If a Lucian died due to being slowed, he should have payed attention to his placement and surroundings.
the range is a big nerf but his kit is a lot better with the dash every cd...its more like a nerf to 
like why play when you can play 
with a better kit?
