Ways to buff back Lucian

This is the list of things that Riot can buff on Lucian. Buff Only one of suggestion below, not all of them.

• [1] Passive's second shots increased from 30%/40%/50% at level 6/11/16 to 40%/45%/50%.

• [2] Attack Speed Scaling: Increased from 56.1% -> 60% or higher. This will help late game Lucian a ton because you don't have to buy anymore instead you buy . The 15 % cool down reduction will help Lucian's Q cool down from 5 seconds to 4 seconds which is quite huge in my opinion.

• [3] Increase the W's animation casting speed. As we all know Lucian is strong at bursting people down with his combo, so by doing this will help Lucian finishes his combo so much faster.

• [4] Increase 's range and his Q's from 500 to 515 - 525. As we now all know, to safely trade with Lucian in lane, all you can do is Q through minions but you rarely are able to double shot(your passive) because you have to walk so close to them to do that which means that they can put down a lot of damage back to you -> which means that you lose the trade or at least come out even.

• [5] Reduce 's W mana cost from all ranks 60 -> 50. Since his E's mana cost has been increased from 0 all ranks -> 40/30/20/10/0, you can run of mana sometimes quite quickly if you frequently dash(E) forward to go aggressive and trade. I think it makes sense to to reduce the mana cost since this spell doesn't even do damage at any stage of the game anymore(no more AD scaling) and it only brings movement speed and to proc your passive.
