Most likely next tuesday, the nerfs are not going to be too impactfull on jhin though, a fed jhin with duskblade and full Armor pen will still one shot you on a squishy. The whole thing about jhin is that he is meant to crit for a insane amount. He has no escapes and long reload times even in late game. Always stay behind your front line and lock him down. Then focus blow him up.
