Sivir Is Getting Nerfed On PBE While Jinx Is Getting Buffed

How is that in any way surprising whatsoever? When was the last time you even saw a Jinx in competitive? They basically only play Sivir, Jhin and Ashe in competitive. DQ games are meaningless for balance because teams are playing so suboptimally.

While Sivir doesn't seem that crazy in ranked games, she is still quite strong, and in competitive LoL her power is always much greater, because those guys can actually do a planned Sivir composition - which is a scary thing.

Why is Jinx getting buffed I don't get too. She is very strong in ranked, there is no reason to make her numero uno marksgirl just that somebody plays her at worlds.

Sivir deserved nerf because of competitive but Jinx buff is wrong.
