With Janna's pick rate and win rate going up after the Utility tree changes and the Coin line buffs, Riot will very likely nerf Janna in the forseeable future.
Umm janna has been and will always be the best supp In the game . once you get ardent censor you really shine .all her moves are beyond useful .

I think her shield should be hit (and pretty hard), to be honest.
It have the similar cooldown to other shields (as well as mana cost), while being stronger (as in, it shields more) and giving better effects (especially the 14 AD+ from rank 1 is pretty crazy)
Currently it's 80-240 (+70% AP) shield with 14-50 (+10% AP) AD bonus. I think it should be cut to something like this:
70-230 (+50% AP) shield with 5-50 (+10% AP) AD Bonus.
Also, both her base mana and base mana regen are the highest in the game - I think one of them should be cut considerably (or both slightly).
