Dragon Slayer Buff

The Dragon Slayer buff has received a few changes Dragon's Might has been reduced to 6% from 8% +15% damage to towers and buildings is now granted at two stacks instead of four. +15% damage to minions and monsters is now granted at four stacks instead of two.

This is a step in the right direction in my opinion. I remember before the preseason jungle changes were live, Riot said that Aspect of the Dragon was indeed stronger than Baron and deservedly so because of the long term investment in the strategy. But the old dragon buffs actually had a pronounced effect earlier on in matches which encouraged snowballing as the increased AD and AP helped in trades and securing a second dragon, which in turn made it easier to farm and build even more of a lead (which of course helps for taking Baron too).

I think it the order people get the buffs is what should be changed.

1 stack should give the Movement Speed 2 stacks should give bonus damage to Tower 3 stacks should give bonus damage to minions and monster 4 stacks should give 10% increased AD and AP, rather than 6% or 8% 5 stacks remains unchanged.

This way people can't just win the lane because of those 8% stats they get.

However, this is a buff to Trundle and Hecarim and many other champions whose stats don't really allow for much tankiness early on, you know what I mean? Hecarim can't really fight anyone straight on unless he is ahead, he kinda needs to use the mobility he is given to dodge stuff during teamfights.

Trundle is another example of this, he doesn't really have the tankiness to fight you pre6, he needs to move around and annoy you with Pillars if he wants to do a damn thing.

This would be an indirect buff to them.

Also, 8% and 6% are weird numbers, I rather have a 10%.

People won't be able to use those 10% for a long time anyway.

i don't get why minions are at four stacks, first of all it makes it harder to counter enemy team baron buff+banner of command, and secondly almost everybody can one shot minions with abilities late game

Yikes! Towers at two stacks?? That's gonna snowball in a negative direction real fast... I liked having that as the 4 stack bonus, because once you get it the game is pretty much over in the next 7 minutes. Plus the 15% damage to minions at two stacks helped combat an enemy baron kill, provided you still managed 2 dragons.

Now, if they only buffed towers
