Nice Kalista Buff?

Know she is apparently broken in pro-play but the usual poop in low elo. Was wondering if this would be a good / minuscule buff? As a Kalista main, her hops gets pretty buggy sometimes (and sometimes there's a glitch where she auto-rends without using mana but that's for another time).

She is suppose to be a kiting god, but any form of slow / cc turns her into a sitting duck. Something that would help her kite better is removing the auto-delay when she rends. Every time she rends, Kalista has to stop auto'ing and stop moving for a little bit (very minuscule but noticeable). I think Rito should remove this delay so she can rend while kiting without it stopping her auto / kiting "groove".

This would work in my opinion since: -Pros already know positioning so their kiting doesn't get ruined by slows / cc already. The buff wouldn't change their gameplay. -Lower elo can enjoy her more as the kiting may feel less "stuck" and perhaps less punishable if caught.

Just my little idea. Hope it sparks some interest!! Cause I know buffs to AD, Range, or AS = Kalista broken (she is hard to balance).

Id like her autos to ... not do reduced damage. But it is what it is.

I like your idea for removing the auto delay. In my opinion I think a lot of the abilities in this game could do with shortening up the animations a bit.

I don't necessarily think we need to go back to the days when ADC's could just orb walk through team fights with like 85% or higher auto attack up time. But I do think the game would be more fun/healthy if actual kiting, as in weaving autos and spells between walking a few steps over a substantial distance, was a little smoother and a little more...possible.

Like I'm thinking of Ezreal and how he is a kiting god as well, but like if you want to E the windup on the animation before the blink is so long and there is a little bit of an animation at the end when he comes out of the blink too...you end up losing like half a second of time where you could be walking/autoing/casting every time you E. I also noticed this a bit with Viktor as the missile speed on his Q cast is kind of slow and the animation for it is fairly long too.

I just think spellweaving between movement or orbwalking for ranged champs should be a little smoother.

I find Auto, Hop, rend mid hop (because rend stacks count all current AND in-flight auto's), as a much smoother animation.

Whats more annoying IMHO is the animation speed difference when she is doing critical hits feeling much slower, especially on hopping after one, (perhaps her rend passive needs buff to add extra spear on critical hits).
