Ranked Games Suck in Lower Elo Due to Things Like This.

Life for those in the land of Bronze and Silver is harsh. Now I'm in good lazy plebeian Gold, but have many friends in Silver trying to climb before the end of the season. They complain about how it's not their fault for being placed so low and that their team or certain players are the cause of losses. Of course, I would shrug these off as excuses and joke my friends on it. However, while spectating my friend, I saw hell in its finest hour.

Here [refer to video], we have the definition of evil. Trolling in Ranked and ruining the experience for others. I think examples like these should really nudge Riot into implementing some sort of relief for those affected by such games. Perhaps something like a "Troll/AFK Vote". I don't think those who play Ranked properly should have their Elo brought down by a series of time consuming troll games. Now the vote will need the consent of both teams, so it won't just be abused by the "Oh I'm losing better agree to Troll/AFK Vote so I don't lose LP lmao" kind of players. Those who agree only lose 3 LP, making the loss more bearable. Those on the brink of demotion do not get demoted. Of course, there are still possibilities of abusing this system, but I hope the small loss in LP should be enough to deter such trickery. Though, I know Riot definitely has the ability to fine polish this.

Please make it happen Rito. I don't see trolls or AFKer's much in my own Elo, but just seeing what my friends have to go through in Bronze and Silver is disgusting. There are genuinely good players in there that deserve better. The old-fashioned phrase, "If you're good, you can carry yourself out" is false. League of Legends is a team-based game. Some may be able to, but not with these kind of players. Thank You.

Also I don't know if it's illegal or something to put a player on the spot like this so sorry! Just using this guy as an example. Buddy had 2 games worse than this beforehand! If it is indeed against the law or something someone please tell me and I'll remove the thread!

P.S --> Please do something about the Tahm Kench. He tiled my friend even more than ever lololol. Bench the Kench.

Note: He did a lot more stuff in the match, but I just highlighted the worst parts. He did the usual troll of roaming at level 1, leaving his/her ADC to solo pretty much all early game. Stole jungle camps making the Jungler under-fed. Going mid-lane to do who knows what. That Kench was an asshole, but coming from a Plat player that was Silver last season here's some advice:

You can't do shit to improve how your teammates play, so focus on improving yourself. Did you lose? Okay, what could you have done better?

Not every game is winnable, but play like you will win the game.

Honestly that is really shitty and trolling has been and is still part of this game at all elos. I have not really seen as many trolls this season as past seasons, but all you can do is report them and move on.

The fact your friends can't rank up is because they still learning the game and are around their actual elo. My buddy keeps jumping from silver 3-5 and thinks he's really good but when I play with him he complains about team feeding and how he won lane even though he almost never wins lane when we play.

I used to think silver was impossible to climb out of, which is why I have a large opinion on this. Until I changed my attitude and focused on improving I was stuck. Then I focused, got better, and climbing to gold became much easier.

I have 3 accounts currently in gold 4. Does that mean I am some great pro player? Fuck no.... But it does mean that I learned the game enough to reach that elo consistently. If I can do it so can others who are stuck in silver or bronze.

Am I going to sit here and cry about being stuck in gold and how I should be diamond? Fuck no.... I know I suck and am still learning the game.

For every troll you get on your team you easily get at least a number that matches that on the other team. So If your friend pissed about that loss and maybe a couple others have them think of how many free wins they got this season by being carried or having a troll on the enemy team. They will say hardly any but their full of shit and only remember their bad experience and blow off the times their team completely stomps the enemy because its a 4v5 with a feeding troll.

I know because its true and have seen it every season since I have been playing ranked in season 2.
