Remove The Buff Timers

The New map timers for buffs are really not needed for normal games, they are like turret indicators; training weals. If they were only in bots it would be fine but none jungles in bots so i guess i really doesn't matter. The Problems its brought are the following: there is no decision between leaving a mini monster so the timer doesn't reset, or take it all to have the timer when it comes back up. counter jungleing is way more predictable in high elo games. everyone has the timers for the big buffs so any buff on the map is easy to get. if those little yellow timers and white timers on the map were removed, junglers would have a more exciting time in the jungle and we would feel less like noobs without these stupid trainer weal timers.
