7.22 Ivern Changes

Out of curiosity, is anything being done for Ivern here soon? I know in 7.22 he received a shield buff which is nice, but in the patch notes it was also admitted there there are no keystones that are "amazing" for him. As someone who used to really enjoy playing Ivern, now no one, myself included is playing him because his win rates are so terrible and he took the loss of windspeaker's blessing really hard. It would be nice if his viability as a straight support character would at least be increased, maybe increasing the projectile speed of his q or somehow making his passive useful in a lane situation. Perhaps if it had some similar functionality to relic shield allowing either yourself or your laning partner to benefit from some unique farming mechanic of some sort. I just always thought it was a shame that his passive is only ever useful as a jungle character, basically preventing him from seeing play in any other roll. I know I will catch some flack for this point, seeing as how there are many characters only viable in one role. However, his kit practically screams play me as a support.

Currently this is the only proposed change on PBE, Courtesy of Surrender@20:

Friend of the Forest (Passive) Grove HP cost lowered from 192/205/218/230/241/251/260/267/273/278/281/283/282/280/275/269/260/248 to 147/156/167/177/185/193/199/205/209/212/213/213/212/209/203/197/188/176

Other than that, looks like nothing else to help Ivern until mid December to January.
