Duo Queues

So far, almost every duo queue I have had has been a loss. Pretty much, if I get a duo and let them duo bot, the game is over pretty quick. There's no communication, even less teamwork from them, and we're lucky if they're competent in the bottom lane. The only times I've won with a duo is when I am a higher pick than the support part of the duo and just force them out of lane.

At this point: Is it better to use my limited dodges to avoid duo queues?

Also, Riot: Knowing who in our team is in a party is vital knowledge that we need to be given in champ select. There've been plenty of troll duos that I only learned were troll duos by examining their match making after the game when I thought, "Huh, it's really odd that this other player was ganging up and using the same racist terms as this other team member." And, what do you know, they've duo'ed for the past four or five games, and for all I know, were racists in those games too. This also would let us know if the other team also has a duo, so we know if we're operating at an inherent disadvantage or not so we could figure out whether to spread out the power that the duo is bringing to the team or not.
