Frenzy Not Proccing for Ashe

I slotted Frenzy for Ashe as a Mastery, but after critting with her passive, I didn't see either a buff icon or my attack speed increase in the stat window. Is the attack speed buff happening, but with no visual cue, or does Ashe's passive not count as a crit for Frenzy?
