Yasuo , a champ who never got a single buff. Now gets another epic nerf.

Let's wait for 1 year for his next skin, maybe at that time Yasuo will get buffed.

This nerf is really a more direct answer to full tank Yasuo.

With 1 or 2 critical strike chance items his ultimate will grant additional armor penetration on nearly every attack because he will still have very high critical strike chance.

Tanksuo doesn't build any crit items and was able to safely skirmish, making it mind numbingly easy to land his ultimate, which then granted free armor pen for his already high base damage stats.
